Covid-19 Policies

Due to the current situation we have put the following policies and procedures in place to ensure the health and safety of our clients and our staff. We are asking our clients to please be patient and understanding during this time and familiarise yourselves with the following so you know what to expect when visiting us.

  • A mask must be worn during your entire treatment. Your stylist/therapist can provide all the adequate PPE needed, however, if you have your own mask we are asking to please bring it with you.
  • Please wash your hands as soon as you enter the salon. Hand sanitiser will also be provided throughout your treatment.
  • All appointments must be attended alone unless accompanying a child.
  • Please wait in your car or outside the salon until your appointment. We have allotted extra time between clients to thoroughly sanitise the salon.
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. We do not currently have a waiting area if you are early and we cannot run behind if you are late. Appointments may have to be altered if you arrive late to your appointment.
  • We are running on an appointment only basis. Walk ins will not be permitted.
  • Payments will be by card only. Cash will not be accepted at this time.
  • Drinks and magazines will not be provided during your visit to reduce risk of cross contamination. Please bring your own refreshments and entertainment.
  • Please do not bring any coats or belongings with you to your appointment. Anything you bring with you must be kept on yourself during your stay.
  • We cannot currently double book so our diaries are extremely busy for the foreseeable. To avoid difficulty for future appointments please rebook your next date before leaving the salon.
  • There will be a PPE charge of £5 per client to cover the costs of all disposables used during your appointment.
  • If you are feeling unwell, been into contact with anyone with symptoms or are awaiting results for a test we kindly ask that you rearrange your appointment. We will not be issuing cancellation charges for this time, however, simply not showing up to your appointment without first informing us will result in having to pay for your full treatment.
  • Appointments will be limited due to social distancing and extra cleaning time so please give us as much notice as possible if you cannot attend your appointment.
  • All clients must be skin tested at least 48 hours prior to any chemical service.

Everything in the salon will be sanitised before and after each client to ensure your safety during your visit. These policies may be subject to change depending on government guidelines. We will be doing everything we can to ensure your time with us is as enjoyable as possible and will be working extra hours to accommodate everyone.
